📦 Orders

Q1. How can I place an order at Junagadh Warehouse? You can place your order directly via our website www.junagadh.store. We also support orders via WhatsApp and phone for bulk/reseller clients.
Q2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, but only before dispatch. Call our support at +91 82000-100-69 immediately. Post-dispatch, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Q3. How do I track my order? Tracking is available through WhatsApp, SMS, email, and your account dashboard after dispatch.

🚚 Shipping

Q4. What are your shipping charges? Charges are dynamically calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on selected items.
Q5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, available on eligible orders with telephonic confirmation before dispatch.
Q6. What is the estimated delivery time? - Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2/3 & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days
Q7. Do you ship pan-India? Yes, we cover all serviceable PIN codes in India via trusted logistics partners.

🔄 Returns & Replacements

Q8. What is your return policy? Returns accepted within 7 days if product is unused and original packaging is intact. Replacement or store credit issued if applicable.
Q9. What are the conditions for initiating a return? Must provide an uncut unboxing video showing label and invoice. Report issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Q10. How do I request a return? Contact via WhatsApp/call at +91 82000-100-69 or email support@junagadh.store with order details and proof.
Q11. How long do refunds take? Once approved, refunds are processed within 48 hours. For COD orders, store credit or bank transfer is arranged.
Exceptions: Personal care, perishables, customized products, and hazardous items are non-returnable. Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
